For the monitor contents, there will be an overlay of glitch on top of them and I have found a simple way to recreate the glitch effect with Procreate. I was using the app as per normal and I notice there is a new styling feature to recreate a glitch effect within the app that I have never used before. I used that feature and drew some grainy lines so when I add the effects, it creates a very simple glitch effect. To turn this still glitch image into a moving image I will need to use the animation assist to add more frames into an animation. I added the effects repeatedly until I have 4 different type of glitch animation.

I figured out this simple way to create a glitching effect and it is much easier than a lot of tutorials online. The image on the left shows the effect available within Procreate.
To create a glitch animation I will need to start drawing a base abstract stroke, then I use the effect and exaggerate the stroke and I draw a few frames of it to be keyframed. When the image is played, the glitch effect is in motion.
I repeated these steps until I have 4 different glitch styles to include into the Office scene. After I finished animating these glitches I exported them into Unity to play it alongside other visuals.
