As Usability Test is around the corner, I decided to finish creating the scene's place holder assets first as I will need time to code and debug the project for it to be fully functioning. With that being said, I duplicated a lot of the assets that i have already created before and refined the necessary assets needed. In this image below is the completion of the city scene. I used PNG format to insert the buildings as the background so it adds variety and depth to the scene without over complicating it, at the end of the day I do want to portray a comic/sketchy style. The 3D buidlings are replicated all over, the fences all around is added too and the roads and pavement that completes the course are done too.

As for the humans and machines inside the world, I had a drawback having them drawn with grase pencil as it can't be rendered in spherical render, what I did to overcome this block is that I screenshotted them and cropped them out as PNG format and replace them again in the scene. This way, they can be successfully rendered in again! Here are the results of them being inside the scene again:

In this scene, the fence blocks off the other routes so that when users look around, they wouldn't stray too far away from the story/what's in front of them because of curiosity.

Next off we have the Office scene, both during the dive (Red) and before/After the dive's version of the office (Blue). The colours symbolises the mood of the scene, red being chaotic and blue being calm before the storm. I have completed inserting the important assets for both scenes. The monitors on desks are done, desktop objects, plants, shelves, fans and clock are all added in. The Blue office looks like this:

Desk objects are added to promote thoughts for the users. The photographs and to do list will be replaced with sad moments and crossed out checklists once the users "get out of the dive; ending". The lamp and the succulents however are just for aesthetics. There will be more objects but these are the current ones in preparation for the usability test. This blue office room is to signify an office room that is empty and the user is alone as they are working overtime and decided to take a break from it. Hence, the setting is more calming and lonesome.

As for the red office, it is exactly the same but is darker in the setting to suggest the chaotic feel. The reasoning to the use of the same office is to allow users to think that what's happening in this scene is actually a mirrored example of what she is already doing in reality. Here are the complete render of the red office:

In this scene, the lighting is much darker and only the light from the windows and monitors are lighted. The scene also has no plants or other supporting objects other than the shelf and piping along the walls. In the future there will be large monitors around the scene but for usability test it will not be shown yet although it is a core feature. The timeline to create that in time for the test is not feasible at the moment as the coding part comes first. This is the complete placeholder scenes for the coding to commence! Overall quite satisfied with the results as the project is coming to life.
