Semester 2 W5 | Rigging Continuation

Now that I have gotten more familiar with the rigging tool , I start doing the real character rig as the previous one is just to test the tool. This time I attempted to do a rig where the silent hero is in distress and he is sitting down. I repeated the steps and did the character in Adobe illustrator and exported it to Adobe After Effects and bone it again so the movement will be more clean as compared to before. Instead of using the auto walk cycle, I key framed the movements and moved it around to get a short looping effect of the animation. Here's how it looks like:



After rigging, I exported it as PNG sequence and imported it into my blender file. I inserted the PNG sequence as a texture and see if it is able to be rendered out. I tested its movement before rendering and it moves fluently. Even with a lot of replications of it, the video can still be rendered smoothly which is a good sign. This is only one variant of the other animation I'm planning to do and it is proven that it is a success using this method of animating the silent heroes.
