I have conducted the Usability Test and had 6 participants in total. The below image shows the Usability Test user flow where I start off introducing myself and the corresponding step as shown respectively. Each participants took roughly 20-30 mins to finish the test including the feedback session.

The below forms are consent forms signed by testers, there are 6 forms in total.

After they have signed the consent form, I let my testers watch the animatics without disclosing anything to them yet for them to interpret what they think the story is about so that I can gain knowledge on what their perception of the story is. After that is proceeding to the mechanism test with the Oculus Quest. The data is collected via verbal communication and survey form, the attached images below are the results of the test.

During the test, there are a lot of new perspectives that I was not aware of until I analyzed their movements and reaction that day. I noticed first hand that not everyone have any idea how to wear the Oculus Headset and I was not considerate of this aspect and I will need to guide them through. When users wear the headset, my project does not require controllers and not many know that Oculus Quest is able to detect hand tracking. The users first reaction was at a blur, no one started looking around in 360 degree view, only minimal head movements. They also did not lift their hands up to see. Through this reaction, I know that I will need to include a tutorial scene for my users so that they know what to do without me guiding them. Next, the detailed analyzation for the mechanics of the experience is listing below in the charts, all questions answered and response to it is as below.

Overall, I concluded areas on what needs to be focused on and proceed with correcting the errors and glitches.

Here are some snapshots of the Usability Test:
