W1 | Turning fragmented thoughts into ideas

I continued to work on my researches and refining my fragmented ideas before I met up with specialist advisors. I compiled my thoughts and worked up a rough story synopsis and thought of different execution methods based on that synopsis. I also looked into different viewpoints of potential storytelling, for example the point of views of the an outsider or a predator. As for the specialist meeting, I have yet to define the viewpoint/idea as I have not done in depth research on that matter. Hence, I did not bring that up during the meeting. My focus point of the meeting and my inquiries are regarding to the technical side.

During my research, I came across a case studying regarding to the content moderators based in Arizona, United States and also in Manila, Philippines. The content moderators in Arizona shared their working conditions in their company and the following picture is a summary of the research finding. They're constantly being oppressed by the company and being manipulated into doing their job right. One of the examples are that these content moderators, their jobs are ultimately deleting content from the web but who are them to decide that which are explicit contents and what are not? The answer is, their higher position staffs named Quality Assurance Managers will be the judge of that and if their performance isn't on par with them, their accuracy score will be deducted and that will eventually result to them losing their job. Higher ups are constantly watching their every moves, mobile phones are not allowed and inventories are kept in a clear so that the managers can keep on eye on whether they might have other ways to disclose their working conditions to outsiders.
